Delivery times
Transit times are estimates and start once your piece is dispatched. They exclude weekends, public holidays and customs delays. Remote destinations may require additional time.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a tracking link once your parcel leaves our atelier. You can use this link to follow its journey at any time.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect its delivery address.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, according to the working days of your country, outside public holidays. Our courier may require a signature on arrival.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or similar addresses, and all pieces in one order travel to a single address.
Some remote destinations cannot be served. If this affects your address, we will tell you before your order is confirmed. We are also unable to deliver to destinations restricted by export laws.
Our courier may offer to leave your parcel with a neighbour, at a pick-up point, or without a signature. If you choose one of these options, directly or through your delivery preferences, your parcel travels at your own risk.
Ready to Ship pieces are held in stock. Made to Order and Made for You pieces are cut and crafted once your order is placed, which is why they take 2 to 4 weeks.
If your order contains pieces with different lead times, everything is sent together once your full order is ready. Contact us if you would prefer separate deliveries.
Your order will be delivered by the date given in your shipping confirmation email, and in any case within 30 days of that confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.
