Ready to Ship pieces leave our Paris atelier the next business day. Made to Order and Made for You pieces are dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.
Eligible pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Made for You pieces are final sale.
It depends on your delivery country, and in every case there is nothing additional to pay on delivery.

Everything is sent together once your full order is ready. Write to us if you would prefer separate deliveries.
Counted from dispatch, transit time is 2 to 4 business days in France and Monaco with Colissimo, and 1 to 3 business days everywhere else with DHL Express Worldwide.
It depends on your delivery country, and shipping is complimentary above the amount indicated.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or similar addresses, and all pieces in one order travel to a single address.
Write to us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has left our atelier, we may be unable to change or redirect it.
Returns & exchanges
Ready to Ship, Made to Order and sale pieces, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with all original tags attached. Made for You pieces are final sale.
Email info@luciebrochard.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery, and we will send you the instructions and the return address for your country.
You do, unless your piece arrived faulty or you received an incorrect item. In that case we cover all costs.
Within 5 business days of your return being received and inspected, plus your bank's processing time. Any duties and taxes included in your order are refunded with your return.
Yes. Mention it in your first message and, if your chosen piece is available, we will reserve it while your return travels back to us.
Write to us with your order number and photographs. We cover the return costs and arrange a replacement or a refund.
Sizing, care & Made for You
Each product page carries the fit and measurements for that piece.
Selected silhouettes can be created in your preferred colour, fabric and fit, or cut to your own measurements.
It is dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks, then follows the usual transit time for your country.
No. Because it is created specifically for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if a piece is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Care instructions are given on each product page, under Materials & Care. Keep your piece away from perfume, make-up and deodorant, and follow the cleaning method indicated for that fabric.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Your payment is taken when you place your order, including for Made to Order and Made for You pieces, as production begins straight away.
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your card details.
