Terms & Conditions of Sale & Use

These terms govern sales, website usage, returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties for LUCIE BROCHARD.võ products.

2. Scope

  • These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the website www.luciebrochard.com or by phone.
  • They are intended for consumers purchasing for personal use, in France or internationally.
  • French law applies to all orders.


3. Products

  • Product information (references, photos, prices) is available on the website.
  • Stock is limited; LUCIE BROCHARD.võ reserves the right to remove products from sale at any time.
  • Colors and appearance may slightly differ from photos.


4. Orders

4.1 Website Orders

  • By confirming an order, the customer agrees to pay the total price.
  • Customers must check order content and price before confirming.
  • Confirmation email sent after order; keep as proof.

4.2 Phone Orders

  • Accepted in French or English, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

4.3 Refusal or Cancellation

  • The company may refuse or cancel any suspicious, unpaid, or excessive orders.


5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices in Euros, including taxes.
  • Shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods: bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.
  • Secure payment via Shopify.
  • Pricing errors may result in order cancellation with full refund.


6. Delivery

  • Delivery occurs after full payment.
  • Delivery times are displayed on the website; maximum legal delay is 2 months if not specified.
  • Home delivery against signature or in-store pickup with ID verification.
  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days to Customer Service.


7. Returns and Withdrawal

7.1 General Conditions

  • Customers may return products within 14 days from receipt.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
  • LUCIE BROCHARD.võ may refuse returns or deduct an amount corresponding to product depreciation if conditions are not met.

7.2 Exclusions

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not returnable or exchangeable, except if defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Sale or promotion items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable unless defective or non-compliant.


8. Exchanges

  • One free exchange per order is allowed for size, color, or model changes.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging and unused.
  • Request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Exchange subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a store credit will be offered.
  • The exchanged product must have the same or higher value; if higher, the difference will be invoiced separately.
  • Customized and sale items are excluded.


9. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, once verified.
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.
  • Additional fees for a specific delivery method selected by the customer are not reimbursed.


10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

  • Contact Customer Service immediately with photos of defective, damaged, or non-conforming items.
  • Customers are entitled to the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217‑4 et seq., French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq., Civil Code).
  • Options: replacement or partial/full refund, at the customer’s choice.


11. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, content, and images are the exclusive property of LUCIE BROCHARD.võ.
  • Any reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.


12. Personal Data

  • GDPR (EU 2016/679) compliance: personal data collected for order management and communication.
  • Rights of access, correction, objection; requests via email or post with ID.
  • Data used only for specified purposes, stored for the minimum required period.


13. Force Majeure

  • LUCIE BROCHARD.võ is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure.
  • Suspension >15 days = client may cancel the order with refund.


14. Disputes and Mediation

  • Free mediation via consumer mediator or EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • French law and French courts govern all disputes.
