Below you will find the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to your order.

1. General Return Conditions

Returned products must comply with this policy and be returned within 14 days of receipt.

In accordance with consumer law (France and EU), you are required to take care of the products while in your possession and return them in the same condition as received, to the extent reasonably necessary for inspection.

Accordingly:

• Products must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with original tags intact.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, placed within an appropriate protective shipping box.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the depreciation of the product, up to the full price.

2. Products Excluded from Return and Exchange

2.1 Personalized Products

Personalized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of:

• defective product,
• damaged product upon delivery,
• delivery error.

This exclusion does not affect your legal rights.

2.2 Promotional or Sale Products

Products purchased on promotion or sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.

3. Free Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another (different size, color, model, or pre-order item):

• One free exchange is allowed per order.
• The exchange includes return of the original product and shipment of the new item at no cost.
• The returned product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will ship the chosen item.
• The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value.
• If the new item costs more, the price difference will be billed separately.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability, including for pre-order items.
• If unavailable, a store credit will be offered.

Exclusions:

• Personalized products
• Promotional or sale products

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-calendar-day period from the day after receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, except where the law provides exceptions (notably personalized products).

To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us:

• by email at info@luciebrochard.com,
  including your name, address, and order number.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the notification.

5. Refunds

After receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, and following verification of compliance:

• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with EU / French law.
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is:

• defective,
• damaged upon delivery,
• or does not match your order,

please contact us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, at info@luciebrochard.com, including:

• your name,
• your order number,
•  photos of the product.
