Delivery
LUCIE BROCHARD.võ delivers worldwide and you can track your order at any time. The delivery price of your order will be calculated during payment.
Your order will be delivered, at the latest, on the date indicated on the Shipment Confirmation or, if there is no date specified, within 30 days after the Shipment Confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided during your order.
If your delivery address is isolated, for example on outer islands or other remote destinations, we may not be able to deliver the order to you at that address. If this applies to you, you will be notified before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any region prohibited by export laws and regulations. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes or similar addresses.
Products from the same order cannot be delivered to different delivery addresses.
Deliveries are made by our courier services and are organized between Monday and Saturday (or any other model of working days different from the Western model), excluding public holidays, usually between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. It is not possible to give a more precise time. Please note that the courier may request a signature.
In certain circumstances, our delivery partner may offer the following optional services during the delivery of your order:
(a) delivery without signature: deactivation of the obligation to provide a signature for delivery; and / or (b) leave the package with a neighbor or building concierge; and / or (c) reschedule a new delivery: select a delivery date that suits you best; and / or (d) delivery to a nearby collection point.
By selecting one of these options offered by our delivery partner, including through any default preferences that you have selected separately with our delivery partner, you acknowledge and agree that LUCIE BROCHARD.võ SAS cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may result from the delivery of your order in accordance with your request.
If you order Product (s) requiring international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import taxes payable upon receipt of the order. You will be responsible for these import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing your order. In the event that you wish to return an item, import taxes will be refunded if they were included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you would be responsible for the steps to recover these taxes from your customs authorities.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws in the region where the Products are delivered. We will not be responsible for any breach of these laws on your part.

Pre-order
All items are available for shipment except for pre-ordered items. Customers affected by pre-ordered items will be added to a priority waiting list. Any pre-ordered item will have an Estimated Ship Date, which will indicate the date the item will be shipped from the warehouse, with the understanding that such items may be delivered before or after the date specified. The estimated date of shipment will be posted online. LUCIE BROCHARD.võ cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation or modification during the manufacture of the pre-ordered item.
Credit cards are debited at the time of the pre-order and subject to the usual checks. In the event that a pre-ordered item is not shipped by the estimated ship date, the customer will be notified and may opt for a full refund or notification of a new estimated ship date. If an order contains items that are immediately available as well as pre-ordered, it is likely that the customer will receive at least two separate deliveries.
Import fees and taxes
We ship the orders with the import costs to be paid. This means that import charges are not included in the prices you see online and you may have to pay customs charges upon receipt of your order or later depending on customs in your region. You will not have to pay VAT or sales tax, but there may be other local taxes that you will have to pay to receive your order.
Risks and Ownership
The Product (s) ordered will be your responsibility from the time of delivery or collection (depending on the circumstances). Ownership of the Product (s) will pass to you from the time of delivery or collection (depending on the circumstances) provided that payments for the Product (s) and delivery have been received.
Price and payment
The prices of the Products correspond to the prices indicated on the Site.
Currency is automatically generated based on your rental and will be confirmed at checkout. Please note that the $ symbol always refers to US Dollars on the Site.
The prices include VAT but do not include delivery costs which will be added automatically (on the prices indicated) to the total amount when you access your basket, and have chosen your delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are subject to regular changes without retroactive effect: none of these changes will affect orders already placed and for which you have received a Dispatch Confirmation.
The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible, despite our best efforts, that certain Products are not at the correct price. We normally check prices during the shipping process so that in the event that the price of a Product is lower than the listed price, we will ask you to pay the lower price. If the price of the Product is higher than the price indicated on the Site, we will contact you for more information before sending the order, or we will refuse your order and let you know, at our discretion.
Payments for all orders must be made by PayPal, credit card or debit card. We accept the majority of credit and debit cards.
Online payments are subject to validation by your card issuer, we are not responsible if they decide for any reason whatsoever to decline a payment. We also pre-authorize your card and products will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note that some card issuers may claim online fulfillment fees for which we are not responsible.
We run promotions from time to time which require promotional codes. These can be used to pay in part for one or more product (s) ordered online, subject to the terms and conditions under which they have been set up (as stipulated in the promotional emails containing the codes promotional). Promotional codes can only be used once during the period and relate to the stipulated Products. Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
