We want you to live in your piece, never to keep it out of obligation. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an eligible piece.

Silk marks easily. Please try your piece on clean, dry skin, without perfume, make-up or deodorant, and keep all tags attached.

Receive instructions
We will send you the return instructions and the appropriate return address for your country.
Send your piece
Return shipping is at your expense, unless your piece arrived faulty or you received an incorrect item. In either case we cover all return costs.
If you would prefer another size or colour, please mention it in your initial message.
If your chosen piece is available, we will reserve it while your return makes its way back to us. Exchange shipping is at your expense, unless the original piece arrived faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has reached our atelier and passed inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Any duties and taxes prepaid with your order are refunded with your return.
Pieces must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging, itself placed inside a protective outer parcel.

You may handle your piece as you would in a shop. If it comes back showing wear beyond that, we may deduct from your refund an amount reflecting the loss in value.
If your piece is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not the piece you ordered, write to info@luciebrochard.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the piece.
We will cover the return costs and arrange a replacement or a refund. This applies to every piece, Made for You included.
If you are shopping from the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to withdraw from your order, under European directive 2011/83/EU. We apply the same 14 day policy worldwide.
The only exception is a piece made to your own measurements or clearly personalised, which is our Made for You service.
To withdraw, email info@luciebrochard.com with your name, address and order number. Your piece must then be returned within 14 days of that notice.
