Shipping Policy

Production and dispatch

The time required to prepare your order depends on the availability status shown on the product page:

• Ready to Ship: dispatched from our Paris atelier on the next business day.

• Made to Order: dispatched within approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

• Made for You: created in your selected colour, fabric or fit and dispatched within approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

If your order contains pieces with different preparation times, the complete order will normally be dispatched once every piece is ready. Please contact us if you would prefer separate deliveries. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping destinations

LUCIE BROCHARD.võ ships internationally, subject to carrier availability, export restrictions and service availability at the delivery address.

Some remote destinations cannot be served. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or similar addresses. All pieces included in the same shipment must be delivered to one address.

Delivery estimates

Production and transit times are estimates. They exclude weekends, public holidays and delays caused by customs procedures, remote destinations or exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The delivery date or delivery period applicable to your purchase will be the one communicated before your order is confirmed.

If no delivery date or period has been agreed, the order will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. Your statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. A separate email containing your tracking link will be sent when your parcel leaves our atelier.

Please allow a short period for the carrier’s tracking information to become active.

Delivery address

Please check your name, address and contact details carefully before confirming your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied with the order. This does not affect our responsibility for the proper performance of the delivery under applicable consumer law.

Delivery and signature

Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday, depending on the working days and courier services available in the destination country. A signature may be required.

The courier may offer alternative delivery options, such as delivery to a neighbour, a collection point or a location chosen by the recipient. If you select an alternative delivery option, please ensure that it is secure and suitable.

Risk of loss or damage remains with LUCIE BROCHARD.võ until you, or a person designated by you, physically receives the parcel, except where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are handled according to the delivery destination:

• France, Monaco and the European Union: taxes included in the displayed price. No customs formalities apply.

• United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and South Korea: duties and taxes included in the displayed price. Nothing additional to pay on delivery.

• Europe outside the European Union and all other international destinations: duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout, and are paid together with your order.

Amounts shown at checkout are estimates based on the information available when your order is placed. In the great majority of cases no further payment is requested on delivery. Where an assessment by the destination customs authority differs from the estimate, a residual amount may exceptionally be requested.

Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect piece or does not arrive as expected, please contact us promptly at info@luciebrochard.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the parcel and piece, where relevant

We will review the situation and arrange the appropriate solution. When the carrier was selected by us, LUCIE BROCHARD.võ remains responsible for the proper delivery of the order until it is physically received by the customer or their designated recipient.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
